Party Booking Terms & Conditions

Below are the Whizzkidz Party Booking Terms and Conditions.

These conditions must be fully met and adhered to, both prior to and during your party. Please read all points below as you will agree to fully accept and understand these prior to paying the deposit.

  • You are agreeing to our terms and conditions of entry which can be found at our reception desk or on our website
  • Only adults that have informed the party parents of arrival and staying with their child and this has been communicated  to Whizzkidz 5 days before date of party will be allowed to stay. Limit is 1 adult per invited child. Additional adults and siblings will have to do an online booking.
  • Numbers confirmation 5 days beforehand for both children and adults.
  • The balance of the party payment has to be received 5 days prior to the party or you can pay on the day of the party if you have arranged your card details to be securely registered with Whizzkidz. These card details will then be shredded on completion of your party and once the balance has been paid.
  • If the balance has not been paid 5 days prior or no card details have been given in person or over the phone then the party will be cancelled.
  • Your booking is only confirmed when we are in receipt of a completed and signed Whizzkidz Party Booking Form with the relevant deposit paid and upon authorisation by a Whizzkidz Member of Staff
  • The final balance due on this form is only applicable for the attending party guest numbers you have suggested. Any change to party guest numbers will alter the final balance due.
  • All deposits paid are NON-REFUNDABLE at any time
  • Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your party start time. Access to the Activity Centre is not permitted earlier than this.
  • You must have at least one responsible adult/helper (over 18 years of age) to be present at your party, for every 4 children (under 14) attending
  • Adults must be fully responsible and must supervise the children in their party at all times
  • Children AND adults on the equipment must wear socks at all times. It is your responsibility to ensure anyone in your group is wearing socks. Socks will be available to buy at reception if required
  • If you are running late, for whichever reason, please be aware that the party will not be extended or rescheduled and will be deducted from your remaining party time.
  • You must vacate your party room by the end of your allotted time as stated overleaf. Failure to comply will result in a £30 extension fee being charged, as the party room may be required for another party booking
  • All food and drinks consumed must be purchased at Whizzkidz, with the exception of one birthday/party cake
  • Please arrange for parents/guardians/adults to collect their children promptly at the end of your party time
  • If you or your party guests wish to stay and use the Activity Centre after your party time, the usual admission charges will apply. This will be until the end of the session that your party has been booked into.
  • All personal belongings left in the party room are left at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged. Please make sure that all parents leaving children at a party are aware of this
  • Children who are unwell or vomit must not attend this facility and will unfortunately have to leave for the health and safety of others.
  • Any child with plaster casts is not allowed to use the play frames or equipment
  • All visitors to WhizzKidz must be signed in with your Whizzkidz Party Host. These must be prebooked and Whizzkidz must be informed 5 days prior to your party.
  • All adults and additional children i.e. siblings of children attending the party, must be prebooked online and are subject to the usual admission fees, if not included in the party numbers
  • All additional children not attending, but staying for the duration of the party must be paid for and prebooked online.
  • Please note minimum numbers (Toddler Party – min.6 children), (Kidz and Superkidz Parties = min 9 children), (Super Bubblelights Parties = min 11 children), (Exclusive = min 15)
  • If a Double room(19-34 selection on the booking page) is booked then the minimum number of children to pay for on the day will change to 19 (regardless of the party type)
  • If a Triple room(35-48 selection on the booking page) is booked then the minimum number of children to pay for on the day will change to 36(regardless of the party type)
  • On the party booking page if the selection you made is 'up to 12 children' then you will be allocated party room 5 which is upstairs. You will only go into the room to eat and cut the cake. But you will have reserved tables downstairs.
  • Cold food buffet will no longer be included in your party package once you've decided to upgrade to the hot food option at £2 extra per child.
