By booking, you are agreeing that you have read and understand the statements below

 No food or drink purchased from outside of Whizzkidz may be brought into the building unless there is express written permission from the management

* Hands must be sanitised at the entrance

* Chairs and Tables must NOT be moved from their original position

* Sanitising of hands at regular intervals throughout the session

* If the behaviour of adults and children is not deemed acceptable by the management then they will be asked to leave without any refund and will be banned from the facility

  • 24 hours' notice must be given to reschedule bookings. Refunds will not be given once bookings have been made.

  • The bouncy castle will be turned off 15 minutes prior to the end of session.

  • Socks must be worn at all times by children and adults

  • Running is not permitted in the blue-carpeted areas

  • Hot food and drinks are served at Whizzkidz for the safety of all children it is your responsibility to ensure that hot food and drinks are not left unattended

  • Food and drink are not allowed in any of the play areas

  • We reserve the right to close early if required during quieter times. Online bookings guarantee your entry during these times

  • During off-peak times if it is busier than expected we reserve the right to limit your session to 3 hours

  • No pictures by the camera, video camera or mobile phones may be taken in the activity centre

  • The Bouncy castle must not have any more than 10 children upon it at any one time

  • Pens, buckles, jewellery, watches, money and other sharp objects must not be taken into the play areas by children

  • Parents and Guardians who wish to leave the premises to smoke a cigarette must leave their child with another responsible adult

  • Babies should be changed in the baby changing facilities provided in the toilets

Under 5’s Frame and Village Area

  • Children 5 years and over are not allowed in the Under 5’s frame

  • Children must not climb on top of the yellow horizontal beams

  • Children must not climb on top of the cars and playhouse

Main (large) Frame and Sports Arena

  • Any children under 5 may only enter if accompanied by an adult

  • Children Under 5 going on the main frame slide must sit on the lap of an adult

  • Walking, climbing or running up any slide is not allowed
